All goods purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
There are specific situations where replacements may be granted at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control must be returned within 7 days after delivery. In order to complete this process, we would require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error on our part. Exceptions may apply. Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, an internal approval will be conducted before your replacement is processed, and the replaced item will be shipped to you within 14 days.
Any shipping charges to return faulty items shall be borne by the customer. Likewise, we will bear all shipping charges when returning replacement items to you.
Items purchased during promotional periods may not be replaced unless an order arrives damaged or incomplete or is in need of replacement parts.
