Terms of Service
 
1. General:
a) Measurements stated here are approximate and colour reproduction is only as accurate as photographic and publishing processes allow. Do take note that with our handmade products, there may be slight differences in the size, weight and colour of the materials used.

2. Products:
Make:
a) Our products are fully handmade and woven using traditional techniques handed down from generation to generation. We do not recommend any commercial or heavy use of our product and shall be conducted at your own risk.

b) There may be slight differences in terms of colours or textures due to the handmade nature of our product development. It is worth considering that weaving techniques and material finishing may also vary. 

Usage:
a) Rough handling and unnatural product usage may cause damage, for which we shall not be held liable.
 
b) We highly recommend our products be used in semi-outdoor locations, where there is proper coverage and can be kept away from direct exposure to outside elements. This ensures our products will last longer if properly stored.
 
c) The recommended maximum load capacity for the PVC weaves used in our products shall not exceed 90 kg (200 pounds).

Maintenance:
a) All PVC strings can be wiped clean with just a damp cloth, warm water and some regular soap.
 
b) Do not apply any solvent-based cleaners or abrasive cleaners (e.g. thinner, spirit, alcohol or acid), as these solutions can cause serious damage to the PVC material.
 
3. Re-stringing Services:
a) We provide re-stringing services for products that have aged over time, provided the steel frame remains in good condition. Additional charges for re-stringing applies.
 
b) We do not provide any delivery or courier service for product re-stringing.
 
c) Products with broken legs and other non-functional parts shall not be entertained.

4. Warranty:
Our products do not come with a warranty, but we will provide re-stringing services for those who want to refurbish or upkeep their item.
